Returns and refunds requests will be processed by email at: [email protected] or by phone at: 1 (888) 616-2887. We guarantee you a response within forty-eight (48) business hours of the request. Returns must be sent at the following address: 306 Boulevard Taschereau La Prairie Montréal, Québec, J5R 5H6. As a customer you should be aware that we offer exchange or credit service. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost of the original order is not covered in the refund. For you to be able to receive a complete refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, at the customer’s expense, not later than 30 days after receiving your order.
- Our packages are shipped with Canada Post.
- Delivery times are not our responsibility.
- All orders received are sent within two (2) business days.
- For purchases under $120, Canada Post determines shipping costs.
- The customer is the only one responsible for the exactitude of the information provided for invoicing: name, email address, postal address, method of payment. We assume that the information that is entered is correct, precise and complete.
- We reserve the right, within the limits of the law, to reject or cancel any order without any justification needed.
- All personal information provided will be confidential and for our use only, unless required by law.
